NCHE Inauguration Day Live!

During this momentous time in our country's history, join NCHE for community and historical context on all of the events on inauguration day. We'll be live broadcasting with history and education experts to answer your questions in real time as they happen and provide much needed historical context.

Schedule of Events:
12:00-1:00 pm EST:
Join NCHE Board Chair Kristy Brugar, Executive Director Grace Leatherman, Education Coordinator Matt Missias, and a panel of educators for an Inaugural speech watch party.
1:00-2:00 pm EST:
NCHE partners with Historian Ed Ayers, and Education Specialist Annie Evans of New American History to answer your questions (or your students’ questions!) about the historical context of the inauguration, and how to teach during pivotal national events.
3:00-4:00 pm EST:
NCHE partners with Historian/National Commentator Luis Martínez-Fernández and the National Constitution Center to answer your questions (or your students' questions!) about the historical context and constitutional questions surrounding the inauguration, and how to teach during pivotal national events.
