Case for Funding Letter
Registration Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted via email no later than:
February 5, 2027

  • 100% refund of registration fee (minus a 10% processing fee) will be issued if cancellation request is received by December 31, 2026.
  • 50% refund of registration fee will be issued if cancellation request is received between January 1 and February 5, 2027.
  • After February 5, 2027, no refunds will be issued.

Full refunds offered on Excursions cancelled by NCHE.
